Since I've discovered the world of Digital Stamps I've been quite impressed with many of the talented artists willing to share their amazing drawings with the stamping community (for a small fee of course), but the images are top quality and so much fun to color. I have had the pleasure of getting to know a few of the artists and this post is highlighting Heather Valentin and her adorable creations from Lacy Sunshine. What a fun Facebook group to be a part of. The ladies who belong are all very talented and Heather the artist is just an all around sweet person. She does giveaways of some of her images to use in various contests she hosts on her Facebook page. This is one of those images Anastasia Field of Flowers Moppet. Please join her group, enjoy reading her blogs and you definitely will want to buy some of her images because they are absolutely darling. The has the sweet little Boos, the Bugmees, the Emily Raindrops, Flower Pot Pretties, and the Wix to name a few. Hope you enjoy this card I created and submitted to the latest challenge "Anastasia Moppet" that I colored with copics.
I used E00, E01, E02, E04, and E21 for her skin. Y21, Y32 and Y26 for her hat, BG49 and BG 78 for her dress, B000 and B01 for the sky, and YG07, YG 17 for the foliage. If there are some colors I missed please feel free to ask. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
Almost forgot, here is a link to her site: http://lacysunshine.weebly.com/shop.html
Happy Coloring!

Kit and Clowder
I must say I am super de duper excited about joining the crafting community of Kit and Clowder. They have wonderful classes available for all skill levels. I just entered one of my recent creations in their challenge: http://kitandclowder.ning.com/february-challenge using an image from Stamps by AuroraWings called Woman with Masquerade Owl Mask in a Lily Garden. I am an official collector of Mitzi's images, but they are so detailed and just plain gorgeous, what's not to love?!!

Mo's Digital Pencil
Hello bloggers, thought I'd pop in today and showcase one of my creations using a Mo's Digital Pencil image. Her images are darling! I love Bronte, Bella and the baby fairies she draws. She has quite an arsenal of various images for all occasions. With all of the snow we've been getting here in Central Ohio lately this little fairy seems appropriate. I used copics, B91, B95, B97, B000, E01, E21, Y21 and Y32. I posted her blog badge today on my blog, you can find her at www.mosdigitalpencil.com and on Facebook. Hope everyone is staying warm and cozy.

Random thoughts and a fabulous new digi by Stamps by Aurora Wings
I am pretty new to the blogging world, but have been papercrafting for years. This seems to be the trend now if you are a crafter is that you must have a blog. I hope that a few folks will consider visiting my blogspot and checking out my works of art. I attended my first crop day of the year and usually I make upwards of 15 to 20 cards on these days. This wasn't the case yesterday. I only made 7, yes just 7 cards. Mind you, I colored several and usually my main priority is to get the images I've already colored onto cards, but I had acquired a couple of new images and couldn't resist the temptation to bring them to life. Two of them were variations on a theme of Anti-Valentine's Day cards for my stepdaughter and her friend who are both single. It was fun creating them. The third was Peacock Masquerade by Stamps by AuroraWings' Mitzi Sato-Wiuff which I'm featuring below. I used my copics, Y28, Y23, Y26, YG67, G28, B37, E01, E21, E04, BG49, BG18, BG11,and some various gel pens for accents. I love masks, which started way back thanks to my mother. She loved them too and I still have some of her masks hanging on my office wall to this day. I have added a photo of them too for your viewing pleasure.
I do thoroughly enjoy this artist's work and have been mainly coloring digis that I've purchased from her store recently. That being said, if you are interested, she just launched her own challenge blog at: http://aurorawingschallenge.blogspot.com/ Feel free to pop over to her blog and check it out. While you are there, she is also giving away one of her amazingly beautiful digis called "Sisterhood"!!!
At some point when I am more adept at the blog challenges, I may join in a few of them. The competition seems fierce in these challenges, the creations these other ladies make are top notch and being my own worst critic I'm a little intimidated by this. I truly don't do this to compete anyway, just for the love of the craft so in the end it just makes me happy to create and share my work with my friends and family. Enough of my middle of the night ramblings, thank you if you have taken the time to stop by my blog and thank you even more if you should decide to leave a comment. I hope you have a wonderful week and until next time, enjoy the things that make you happy!
